I ordered three of these hot water bottles. One of them is fine and I'm very happy with it. It is large and holds a lot of water so stays warm for quite a long time. Unfortunately, the other two both leak. One has a very small crack in the side, and the stopper for the other seems to have not enough rubber around it to seal tightly. Effectively, I got 2 functioning hot water bottles for the price of three.

While it worked as it is supposed too and I have not had problems with leaking yet, this bottle is insanely small. Yes it clearly says 10" x 7" right in the title but you really need to take a moment to realize this is not the size of what a shopper might remember as a hot water bottle from back in the day.
It's barely 10" from tip to tip, the main body is only 6" x 4.5".
Like the previous reviewer stated, this is nearly impossible to fill safely with hot water without a funnel of some type.
I've included a pic for scale so as future buyers not be mislead in the future.

The price for this hot water bottle could not be beat, and it seems sturdy enough; my only complaint (and it is a big issue for me) is the narrowness of the neck! I have made it a rule that I am the only one to fill this bottle as the neck/fill opening is so small that it makes it difficult to pour the hot water in! I envision a late evening run to the ER for 3rd degree burns on the hand every time I have to hold the neck with with one hand and pour with the other......

I read the reviews and thought as the price was reasonable I would buy two. One leaked first and the 2nd one leaked a week or so after. Not very impressed!

Product is as described, and came quickly. Good quality for the price. Holds the heat well and does what it's supposed to do--not much else to say!

Nice item, I wish it would of had a cover though:( I guess I will have to order one separate.....

Does what it is supposed to do, and does it well. I have had it for over a month now, with no leaks or problems. Yes, it does have a pungent plastic aroma about it, but they always have as i recall. Neck, and stopper small, but effective, great buy at a giveaway price !!

update: 1.5 years later, still great, no leaks or anything and thats even with 4-6 year old kids standing on them sometimes.

I'm very satisfied with my product. I use it all the time! It keeps me warm on the cold winter nights.
