Longer flying time
I bought this to get longer flying time on my RC foamie airplane. It had the EC3 connector I needed and get 40 mins or more depending how I fly. Perfect for what I needed.

Dissapointed to see a 1C charge rate
Not all the specs where not listed and now after having the battery in my hand I can see why. Max Charge Rate: 1C Max Discharge Rate: 12C What do the above specs mean? If I can only charge at a 1C rate than in the real world it would take almost 2 hours to charge this battery at a 1.3Amp setting using a balance charger! Since this battery...

Good battery at a great price. Amazon is my go to place for R/C planes and accessories. The benefit of no tax and no freigh cost made this an excellent buy.

battery would not hold charge I have other batteries of this type and work great just got a bad one

Max Charge Rate: 1C Max Discharge Rate: 12C What do the above specs mean? If I can only charge at a 1C rate than in the real world it would take almost 2 hours to charge this battery at a 1.3Amp setting using a balance charger! Since this battery has a lesser 12C discharge rate that means it will only supply 15.6 Amps. I suggest checking out the following link battery that has a 2C charge rate and a 15C discharge rate which helps quit a bit in charge time. This battery will charge in around 45min and supply almost 20Amps! All this for the same size and weight. It has a different connector but that is easy to change.
