An attempt to cover up a mass murder, and not even a good attempt. A compilation of inconsistencies, logical lapses and factual misrepresentations, written only in a conscious and active attempt to deceive the public. This report should be read with its companion volume, David Ray Griffin's _The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions And Distortions_.
