Join in the fun for a healthy workout with happy and kid-friendly original songs. Features "Playing Possum," "Hop Like a Bunny," "He's the Panter," "Elephant Walk," "Gorilla Rap," "That's What Turtles Do," "Hoppy to be a Frog," "Happy Pidgeon," "Pretty Peacock," "Gentle Giraffe" and "Whooo Am I?".

I must say that Casey and Albert are far better role models for little kids out there, than the Wiggles or Tom & Jerry or Teletubbies or Power Rangers. Casey looks really athletic being a playful bunny with a yellow shirt. Albert looks clever with his light blue fur and dark blue cap. Parents, do yourselves a favor and stop letting your kids watch crap like Boohbah, Powerpuff Girls, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc., and turn this on for them. It will capture their attention like no other exercise video. They'll love "Sing, Stretch and Shape Up" and so will you.

I grew up with this video when I was a kid. I recently discovered I'm pregnant. Now I can't wait to show this to my own kids. My personal favorite was the elephant song (Run and run, and run and run, and POUND POUND POUND!) Need your kids to burn off some energy right before a nap- here's the way to go.
