As a respectful Kid Rock fan, I started to learn of Dime, when Kracker took off and did his own thing and Dime came aboard.

Lemme take you back to when i was a teen..I had had a variety of musical tastes. Majoring behind hip hop on one side and metal on the other. Back in the 80's early 90's they really didn't mix to well, but Run DMC got the picture very quickly. So then as i grew up my music vocabulary grew very big. I grew into listening to just more then hip-hop and metal, I'd listen to everything but opera and classical music. Which when Kid came out, I was amazed at what this guy put together.........Well were not talking bout kid here...but anyway what i am getting to...Is Kid really grew too..with in his years, and I haven't gotten back to the roots of hip hop for quite some time.

In comes Paradime, fresh, straight outta Detriot, hard edged, beat some punk to the ground, but still be such a teddybear to the cute ladies. I like that he is real raw! He can smack you in the face with his lyrics, then pick you up and help you drink down a Henny. He says what he feels. He is eccentric with his production. I mean, I know this is from another CD, but look at Vices,,,do you hear that keyboard part, it works and just fits right in there..WAY TO GO, DIME.

Mr. Dime...there is another eccentric piece. It's like he wrote these tunes while he was trippin on 20 liquid cubes. Shoot..what ever it is will you give me some of that?...hahahaha

I dig the versatile of your music, not every song sounds the same. I feel like music is sometimes like sex when your with the same partner for many of years....It's good to try new things, open your mind, keep broadening your influences, or it becomes old and dusty. With one phat beat, some records to scratch, and a tune to keep looping, and a hard core eccentric rapper to produce this art, I think ol' Stank Breff is on his way to the top.

The Dimettes luv ya!!!

well this is my first review but this CD called for it. right from the beginning you know this is gonna be the dime you know and love. I can relate to every song on this CD, as should everyone else. This CD is like an autobiography of dimes life, and will definitely take you down memory lane. great beats and tight lyrics make you listen to every song straight through, no track skippin here. So fire one up and get ready to laugh you a#$ off, punch somebody in the face for no reason and pour out some beer for your boys who aren't with us no more. Dime has arrived.

With his "11 Steps Down", Paradime, aka Freddie Beauregard, grabs your complete attention, and does'nt just ask politely for it...he demands it.
From his side-splitting, "Intro" to the heart-felt, "No More", Dime takes you to raunchy, fun-filled highs, with songs like, "We Gone Wile," "Rockstar Sh*t" and "Round Here"...to the heart-wrenching, despairing bottoms, in "No Good For You" and "Better Days."
In between, are more glimpses, into the sharp wit & multi-dimensional world, of The Liquor Store Shakespeare. Along with Mark EP, Hex, Ra Mega and featuring, Guilty Simpson, various members of D12, Kid Rock, Uncle Kracker, Trick Trick, and Tash of the Liks, this lyrical genius will give you a SEVERE pounding and then, pick you up, and gently dust you off, with his humour.
Paradime's "11 Steps Down," is as deep and insightful, as it is out-n-out, fun-loving and comical. "The Pharmacy Interlude," will have you rolling, in your pharmaceutical aisles, with the dialog between Dime & Showtime, and the flow & beats of this CD, will have you completely addicted, long before you even finish off the first song, "Mr. Dime".
In an industry over-run with Bubble-gum Pop, "11 Steps Down" is adult, hard-edged and hilarious. Paradime crosses all boundries, as the widely varied members of his website, shows. With his teddy-bear good looks, he definately gets, the ladies attention. But don't let that cuddly appearance, fool you...he's as thug, as they come. And, for those of you, that don't intend to take Paradime as seriously, as he deserves...it's MR. Guinness to you!

With a little humor, heart, and hardcore, Dime is at the top of his game and poised for the bigtime dropping this album. This energetic, in your face, sometimes philosophical disk is a definite must have for anyone who calls themself a fan of hip hop, and if you shyed away, get into the game. Dime stays true to swiggin' swagger form track after track with killer beats, dope rhymes, and antics that make you want to keep the disk on repeat. A+ production. A+ Album. Get off your a$$ and buy it.

WE all heard about it; we all waited for it, and then it came!The August release EVERYONE already knew about but,no one seemed to have.For once, the easiest way to own this one was to get it off the net.Some stores are still showing release da:tes of August 26th and have yet to produce.
Although the timing of release didn't quite mix with the Party date; it was well worth the time, effort and $$ spent.After all, it wasn't Paradime's fault the record wasn't available everywhere, for everyone and the very time it was suppose to be.
Releasing this BOMB is the biggest one dropped yet by (MR> DIME!) From the introduction of the title which is exactly that; to the old school connection with Kid Rock in the entitled Foul Mouf.
After taking ten steps up it will take you 11 steps down to reach the ground after listening to the wide variation of music put together on this cover.Round Here sets the stage for what you might expect with Paradime and his image however, he carries on to tell us about life as a Rock star which leaves us with no questions that it isn't always all that.
Round Here is my personal favorite.It lacks nothing to the imagination.It;s the old, it's the new and It's on it's way to the charts.No doubt about it!!!
IF you haven't found this one yet; don't waste your time runing from store to store. Take that extra few days for a for real, real deal and get NOW!

I love this cd! It is definately one of the best cd's I've ever had! I just got it in the mail yesterday and I can't stop listening to it. Every song is great! My favorite so far is 11 Steps Down! Its very hard to choose a favorite but this is the one that sticks out for me. Dime you are the greatest and have really out did yourself! I will definately recomend this one to my friends!

This is my 1st cd from Paradime...I figured since I do love Kid Rock's music I'd give him a try. It is awesome...Mr Dime is a cool song..but I think my favorite on the cd is Better Days. Go out and get yourself a copy as you won't be disappointed!! Show some love for Paradime ya'll!!

If you haven't got it already, you're missing out. This one is the dopest CD ever !! If you like Paradime with Kid Rock, you will LOVE 11 Steps Down...a must have for any and all hip hop fans. From beginning to end this one keeps you hooked...

5.FOUL MOUFF--we've all got one some times, this one includes a great beat to go along with the great lyrics

7.PRESCRIPTION PILLS--just what it's called, with a funky beat a must have Rx...

8.NO GOOD FOR YOU--FINALLY a love song that's thug, and not sappy. we know you guys got that m o to keep up, this one says it all and let's you stay the tough thug you are, no one will ever know you're really a sap at heart ;-)

10.ROCKSTAR SH!T--just what it talks about, all that stuff you get and don't need but still want, and keeps you moving

11 STEPS DOWN--the first step is admittance, the rest is 11 step down, even if you want to stop, you won't be able to stop moving to this one.

14.K.T.F.O.-MY FAV from first time heard. Hard core and full of bounce and beat

15.ROUND HERE--just to let you know how it's done in the D and yet another groving beat to it
I didn't include every song, not cause I dont' like them all, they're all great, but I thought I'd leave a little something for you to wonder about. This is a must have. You must have several copies, cause you will wear this one out. This is a rare catch, a CD that you can just let play thru without skipping that one or two songs you just don't like. This one, you will love them all. Hurry and scoop one up, you're missing a really great new Hip Hop CD and Paradime's greatest work yet.

Gritty, Grimey, samck you in the face hip hop at its absolute best. His voice ranks up there with hip hop's elite. His delivery is impeccable. His subject matter may be questionable (may be a little too much for a 12 year old catholic school girl to be listening to) but, his punchlines will leave you with 2 black eyes and a fat lip. THIS IS A MUST BUY IF YOU LIKE REAL HIP HOP!!!

There is a since of urgency in this album. It feels like he is going to will this one to the top. I haven't heard a rap album where the rapper has felt like this since Devil Without a Cause, and The Slim Shady LP.
Its amazing to hear a real rapper do his thing, and not sell out at all. The album has a flow to it, another forgotten trait in rap music. There are some special appearances, but none of them feel unneeded. Possibly the best is Uncle Kracker on the chorus of Prescription Pills. Maybe its just nice to see Kracker's dark-side...
Other great songs are Foul Mouf and Dirtee Girls, but the whole album is damn good. Go snag it!
