I ordered this print as a Christmas gift for my wife. It arrived in a 1" paper tube. I took it immediately to the frame store to purchase an appropriate frame. That's when we took the print out of the tube. Inside the paper tube, the print was rolled inside a plastic tube. We slid the print out of the plastic tube and the frame shop employee immediately noticed the large number of small vertical 'creases' all across the surface of the print.

I left some negative feedback for the seller, which prompted an immediate response. The negative feedback included the explanation about the packaging. If they had shipped it inside of a 2" tube it wouldn't have had the wrinkles. The company was quick to respond and they shipped another print. However it was packaged exactly the same - which I had asked about when on the phone with them. The second print has the exact same marks caused by the tight rolling inside the packaging.

So, in conclusion, I love the artwork. And the company was prompt and responsive. However, they appear to have no direct control over how the prints are packaged and therefore when you buy this particular print you most likely are going to end up with the same characteristic crinkles that I saw.
