I bought these seeds because of the high percentage of good reviews, but now that I have not had good luck with these seeds I look back and see that over 75% of these reviews are from people who haven't actually planted anything or haven't seen any results yet. I would be curious to see some follow-ups to check if perhaps I just have some troublesome soil conditions.

For me, about half of the tomatoes have sprouted after ~10 days, a few of the spinach, and absolutely none of the peppers. Not one. It's not my first garden by far, but I am willing to give some level of benefit of the doubt.

I planted 30 seeds (various) under an indoor light. 100% sprouted !! They are all doing well. I'm surprised with 100% sprouting. Very happy. I will order from this seller again.

I had bought some seed packets from Ferry Morse earlier this year. Through my own stupidity (not checking the last frost date carefully enough), I managed to kill a good number of the seedlings. I had enough plants that survived the cold that I didn't want to buy the same Ferry Morse packet again and get all the same varieties, so I went with these because the plants are mostly different. (I'd previously gotten some herb seeds from this company and was pleased with them.)

I soaked these in water for about a day and then planted them directly in pots with Miracle Gro potting soil and took them outside. It's been about two weeks and the germination rate has been amazing. The squash and zucchini seedlings are HUGE already and everything has sprouted.

I've had great luck with this brand (not using the name because I know I'll spell it incorrectly). I'm definitely a fan, now. The only thing I really would ever complain about is that there's sometimes static in the plastic bags the seeds come in and it can be a little bit difficult to get them all out. But that's minor since the plants are already looking so great.

Note: I may not get the best production because my back porch is fairly shady. But that's a limitation of my living space and not of the seeds.

I have actually planted the seeds and can tell you that I had no eggplant seeds sprout after a month. Others that have not produced very much despite planting all the seeds were lettuce (got 1), beets (4), broccoli (3 or 4 and some sketchy looking plant in there I don't know what it is), squash (1). I can say however these were good at sprouting and looking good so far: tomatoes, peppers, peas, beans, zucchini. Disappointed and I'm ordering more seeds but probably from Ferry-Morse, see how those go. We were also careful to follow planting depth for each of these seeds. I live in So. California so weather being nice they should have some up by now....

These seeds are a great value. I have started everything but the bush beans, peas, and the spinach (which I will plant directly in the garden) Everything has sprouted and will be ready for transplant after the last frost.

UPDATE 7/20/13: I have had great success with these seeds. Everything is growing well.

Everything I planted has bloomed so far. The cherry tomatoes are so huge! Actually they are almost the size of regular tomatoes, but it took them nearly 2 months before they started to change to RED. But they are so delicious! The plants grew to over 6 feet tall, I've had to reconstruct posts to hold them up in high winds, as the winds tend to break them in half and/or knock them down (even with wire cages). By the way, they grow so strong and fast, they actually pulled the cages out of the ground as they grew up (nearly 6 to 8 inches a day!.

The peas died from the wind beating on them, so I've replanted them in another location, and they are about 8 inches tall now, we'll see how they turn out.

Beets are looking fantastic and very healthy, the outside the ground parts at least, I haven't pulled any out of their mounds yet.

The yellow tomatoes, same as the cherry tomato, they grow so fast and tall, I've got about 100 yellows just waiting to turn yellow. They all look like baseballs!

The buttercrunch lettuce, it was wonderful, I ate lettuce all summer because of this variety pack. I learned a lot of lessons though. Don't plant to close, they all grow out, and they do it quickly.

The broccoli are still growing, the plants are now about 3 1/2 feet tall, no broccoli growing on them yet, although the top leaves are turning dark blue. I noticed at the beginning when they were just under a foot tall that caterpillars were on the vein on top of the leaves. They blend in perfectly with the color of the vien... when I discarded the caterpillars the plants took off on their growth spurt. So, something about the caterpillars really stunted them in the beginning.

Do yourself a favor and purchase these seeds. I have had a lot of trouble from big company brand seeds not growing. So I saw these seeds and thought "why not?"
I am very happy that they are all doing well. Thank you zziggygal for a good product.
I also purchased her herbs and they are doing well also.
