Why would anyone give this review less than 5 stars? most of these songs, if not all, are freestyle classics. they are near impossible to find on vinyl, let alone on cd. so grab this compilation while you can. With your first listen, the memories created during this era will come flooding back. they were good times, for sure. its worth every penny you spend.

Micmac has made many freestyle compilations over the years-full of radio edits, or mixed, instead of freestanding tracks. But those discs offered a variety of artists from different labels, making much more of a freestyle "hits" package. This collection and volume 1 contain only micmac artists-and some of the bigger artists like Laura Enea aren't represented by their biggest hits, which were recorded on other labels. However, it's great to find a handful of hits in their FULL LENGTH 12" format at last on CD!!! Track times:
