To whom it may concern; I have used my unit to only mix powders into either milk or other liquids, and it continues to work very well..,I would hope that you have a record of when and where you bought the unit and the instruction manual that came in the box with the brand new unit which gives the warranty info as well as where to call if you have problems.Goid luck with your problem!!! Fill a blending cup 2/3rds full of stuff to be blended; screw on one of the two blending-blade tops; invert the blending cup so the blade parts are on the bottom and position this in the motor base; push down and twist till the blending starts. To stop twist in the opposite direction and the blending cup should pop up and you can take it out, unscrew the top and see if your blend is okay. That's all it takes. I hope these instructions help. If they don't, you may have a defective unit.
No, you need heat to froth milk...this is a simple, small blender with 2-4 small blades for mixing smoothies and shake type drinks. For an easy way to froth milk without a machine just use a microwave...
Motor is not strong.
Blade is dull.
I didn't like it at all, but I didn't return it because too much hassle of returning.
Later, I ended up buying a Bullet product. Bullet is not perfect either but in my opinion it's little better product.
