R Kelly is a great CD.
12 Play has some good tracks, but not as good as the first album.

R.kelly left a strong mark on the 90's with these two classic albums. everybody knows all about 12 play which is arguably the Best Album of the 90's. but the follow up self-title album to me is even better but is vastly underrated. the stylings of R.Kelly are very interesting as he moves from New Jack swing into a smoother style on his self title album. 12 play has classics like Your body's callin,Bump&Grind, 12 play, Sex me,seems like your'e ready and more. self title album has the classics "downLow nobody has to know, trade in my life, u remind me of my jeep and other classics. R.kelly is the Musical King of R&B. His timeless Genius got it's start with these two back to back classics which still sound better than way over half of the stuff that comes out today. His Production, songwriting,vocals and overall presentation are all on point over these two Collections.
