I will first say that i am partly at fault for this unsuccessful purchase. I bought this book blindly because wasn't able to see the table of contents to view the song list. Nor did Amazon.com list the songs available in this book. I figured that with "120 best known Christmas songs", how could any of the common popular songs be left out. Well, if you're looking for Frosty the Snowman, Silver Bells, The Little Drummer Boy, Here Comes Santa Claus, Jingle Bell Rock, Sleigh Ride, The Christmas Song (chestnuts roasting..), and some other REALLY well-known songs, DON'T LOOK HERE CUZ THEY AINT HERE. But songs like, "The Boar's head Carol", "The Friendly Beasts", "Pat-a-Pan", "Wassail Wassail", and "Bring a torch Jeannette, Isabella" are all here if you want them. I would not list these songs and more VERY obscure songs as "best known" at all. So be warned.

I have been playing the piano for 6 years now and I did not owna Christmas Song book! I bought this book and was shocked by itsquality for kids my age to be able to read and play the musicwell. This book is Wonderful and I would recomend it to everyone wholoves to play.

This an easy piano book that gives you so much more than the EZ Play books do. They give intros and not just the chorus that one usually gets in the EZ Play books because their notes are so much larger. I've found new-to-me songs that I love to play and are gorgeous, plus arrangements with additional notes and chords that give an added depth to your music. I have nothing against EZ Play books for beginners, but I've graduated past them and the easy piano books are a marvelous find.

The book and songs are what I was looking for, but it has a problem. The book I received has poor print quality, slightly smudged like a poor photo copy. As an early intermediate player, the quality slows my reading down just enough to make it difficult. I found the book in a local piano store with excellent quality. I would have said this only to Amazon, if there were a way. I won't chance a music book from Amazon again, but will continue buying other books.

Love the arrangements, and the number of songs for the money is fabulous! Wish that it was spiral bound, though. The book is fairly stiff and does not want to stay open. You have to work the spine to keep the pages from flipping while you play. Still, once the book has been thoroughly broken in it won't be a problem. And again, great arrangements on all of the many songs, especially for the price!

You can not view these songs on Kindle. The font size is to small and can not be increased. I purchased this and returned it. I was very disappointed that I could not find a book with only lyrics for the christmas songs. let alone one that I could actually read the lyrics

I found this book to have most of the familiar Christmas songs. I was very pleased with the book and would recommend it. I love that it has the words, melody, harmony and guitar notes as I play the flute and my husband the guitar.

While there are some songs that I have in other anthologies, this has some wonderful new ones, like "Santa,Baby". I now have even more seasonal songs to offer my students.

I have owned 2 versions of this book over the last 20 years, and I love it! Although it doesn't represent all Christmas songs I want, overall there is a very nice selection. The arrangements are nice, and at an intermediate level. The first book I owned lasted a long time. It suffered an early demise at my hands, when I decided to cut it up and put it into a binder. I have the 2nd one for 10 years now, and it still looks brand new. I am considering buying a 3rd one to leave at my mother's house! I just wish it was spiral bound, to make it easier to leave it open on the piano.

I never received this book of Christmas songs. I recently remarried and changed my name and address on my Amazon profile, but this is the second time that the selected seller apparently did not have access to the new information. I still want the book...I have tried to email everyone, but as of today have had no response. Can anyone help?
