We purchased two sheet sets from this vendor - both 1000TC, one set gold damask stripe, the other solid brown. Both sets are outstanding. The fabric is really nice. It's a fairly thick heavy cotton - it's actually comparable to flannel, but without the sticky furry feel. The fabric is soft but crisp. It washes just fine in the washer. There is elastic all the way around on the fitted sheet.

The gold is a very warm color - on the orangy side. The brown is best described as pastel brown - sort of a chocolate mousse or latte color. It's very pretty. We are very happy with both sets of sheets.

I ordered what was supposed to be 1000 ct Egyptian Cotton sheets. What I received was a set of inferior microfiber sheets. Not only are they not 1000 thread count, they are not Egyptian cotton, they are not cotton at all. The have a sticker that that says "Cotton" placed over the word "microfiber" on the product tag. The product tag says made in China, genuine EC sheets have a label stating thread count, too. I have at least a dozen sets from different manufacturers and the labels are consistent. These sheets are garbage with frayed seams and you can see right through them. I donated them to the VA Vet's pick up. I knew that something was wrong when the sheets came in a hand addressed envelope in the mail and the package weight under 2 lbs. These are Cal king size and true 1000 ct Egyptian cotton sheets would have a substantial weight to them and have to be shipped/delivered outside is the USPS. You have been warned, stick to a reputable vendor and avoid ordering from these people. I leaned my lesson.

I've had the sheets for two months now and love the feel this "heavy weight" 1000 cotton on my skin. Washing instructins are to "wash by hand: - I put them in the washing machine at warm/cool and the dryer setting at permananet press. They come out just right. The seller was very prompt in sending it.

These sheets feel awesome. The color is darker than shown in the picture. It is more of a dark gold. It is not ivory or light gold, not even close.

1200 thread-count, NOT". good looking color and pattern but material is rougher than 300 thread-count. material is very thin and you can see thru the fabric. it can't be 1200 thread-count...

I guess the old analogy "If it seems too good to be true it probably is" would apply to these sheets. I purchased them thinking that they were 1200 Thread-Count Egyptian Cotton sheets to replace what I currently have on my bed. The fabric is so thin and flimsy they feel more like 120 Thread - Count..... Very disappointed!!! Do not recommend at all.
