Sheets arrive in a plastic, zipped bag. Upon opening, the sheets have strong chemical smell that washed out. Washing instructions on the sheets state "Hand/Machine was: DO NOT USE HOT WATER". No drying instructions. Not many of us hand washing sheets today and I prefer to wash my sheets in hot water. I washed my set in cold water and a medium setting dryer and agree with the other review that the sheets are a tight fit. It was a struggle to get them on my queen mattress (no pillow top). Quality of the product is good. It is a thick sheet and I think they will soften up with a few washings.

We received the sheets we ordered on a timely basis and at a very good price. The color was exactly what we wanted and coordinated with the bedspread my wife bought. BUT, the quality of 'feel' was decidedly not like the Egyptian cotton sheet sets we have become accustomed to. With my limited knowledge of fabric, it seems that it is a mix of Egyptian and Chinese cotton, much rougher than the Egyptian cotton we love. Not bad enough to return the sheets, but bad enough that we will not buy without 'feeling' the sheets in the future.

I am living and working in the middle east, and purchased these sheets for the bed in our master bedroom. Evidently the beds here are not standard sizes, as the sheets were too small (a set of king-sized sheets I have are too big). I emailed the seller to ask about returning them, and he answered me almost immediately, and was extremely helpful and accomodating. The sheets are lovely, and smooth and cool to the touch, and I was very disappointed to not be able to use them. I highly recommend them, and also this seller! Thank you, Syed!
