The adapter arrived within a matter of days, but the plug didn't fit my old Toshiba. I emailed the company via the Amazon website, and received a prompt reply back from them.
I gave them the specific model number for both the computer and adapter, and they shipped a replacement out that same day, at no extra charge. That replacement arrived very quickly,
and now my old computer is chugging happily along again. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the company - and would order from them again (or recommend them to others).

It's a bulky adapter but it does the job (Hopefully for longer than the original).

I could not get a 'real' charger for my computer, only one with changeable tips which always makes for a loose connection. The anufacturer could not even supply a 'real' charger for me.
