Product Description

128x64 Graphic LCD Module Gray with White Backlight.
Michael Margolis from the Arduino community created a graphics library to use this Graphic LCD with Arduino.

This Graphic LCD is compliant with Pinout A of the playground article and you need to add aprox. 20 additional NOP operations to make it work (increase the delay) in the delay450ns() function.

I'm no electronics expert, but I did manage to get this display to work with the Arduino that I had purchased with it.
It is indeed compliant with pinout A of the arduino playground as the seller described, so that is good.
Right now, I've got it running with the sketch examples included with the GLCD libraries and it works fine.

I deducted a star because the backlight is blue instead of white listed in the description.
The backlight color doesn't affect me either way, but if backlight color is important to you,
than you should take that into consideration.

In conclusion, it works for me.
If you need an LCD for your arduino project and don't mind a bit of soldering,
it should work for you as well.

You will need the new openGLCD library to be able to easily interface with this, you can find it here: https://bitbucket.org/bperrybap/openglcd/downloads

Use Pinout A:
1: VCC (+3.3v or +5v)
2: GND
3: Vo (middle pin of potentiometer)
4: D0 (Data line 0)
5: D1
6: D2
7: D3
8: D4
9: D5
10: D6
11: D7
12: CSEL1 (Chip 1 select)
13: CSEL2
14: Reset (connect to VCC)
15: RW (read/write)
16: DI (data/instruction)
17: EN (enable)
18: VEE (connect to one side of 10k or 20k potentiometer, connect other side to GND)
19: Backlight VCC (connect to VCC with 100-330 ohm resistor)
20: Backlight GND (directly to GND)

3 stars because the data sheet I found had VCC and GND mixed up... Otherwise good.

Note: I found with Teensy 3.1 you need to power the screen with the Vin pin because 3.3v from the Teensy is not enough (even though 3.3v from an Arduino is fine) and for whatever reason Vin outputs 5.5v when Teensy is connected via usb.
