Worth checking if the vendor has the product in stock. I ordered from MLC. They shipped the wrong product, and a few days later - an email explaining that they were out of stock of the LCD I needed to repair my macbook. I re-boxed everything back up, and shipped it back. While I was refunded for the original cost of the product and shipping, I did not receive credit for the cost to ship it back (approx $12.00). In checking MLCs site afterward - it was clear they sent a whole batch of these out to customers.. In any case, I ended up ordering a replacement from the iFixIt site - where they had instructions on the replacement operation. It was a little more money, but was the right product. Recommend sending an email out to MLC ahead of time... I noticed they put their ad right back up on Amazon within a few days of telling me they were out of stock. Probably got a batch in now, but having lost the cost of shipping back to them.. I'd recommend a cautious approach to ordering anything from them.

Took the screen and my computer to Pro computers only to discover the "Apple" screen is really a Dell, with parts that have been poorly soldered on to make the screen adaptable to a Mac. Essentially a cheap PC screen that they tried to sell as a NEW APPLE SCREEN. To add insult to this FRAUDULENT sale, the parts were so poorly soldered on, they fell off. I would NEVER buy from this seller again. They misrepresent their parts, and then try to get away with a "no return" policy.

This item worked perfectly! It was my first attempt at replacing the screen on a Macbook (thank God for Google!). This screen was affordable and looks beautiful. I highly recommend this vendor, as the item arrived on time and undamaged.

Very good price for the replacement LCD. Looks really nice and fits well.

Installation was very simple- you can do it at home.

I cannot believe Apple charges $600 to have this same part replaces. That's appalling.

We've had this for over a year now and it's still working perfect. The screen on my wife's Macbook dimmed. You could see that something was on screen if you flashed a flashlight on it. Figured it was something with the screen. At first I thought it was the inverter and replaced it. No difference. Then, got this screen and replaced it and voila... working great again. Got it for $100.

This screen is a perfect fit and replacement for the white Macbook A1181. I think it looks better than the original screen! However, the installation is one of the most difficult I've ever done in any kind of computer repair. I highly recommend using a site like "I Fix It dot com" to view a tutorial with pictures at every step. The screen itself is a great buy for the money because a similar replacement from Apple is upwards of six hundred dollars.

This screen replacement was ordered after a long 3 years of searching for a replacement screen at a reasonable price. I found this screen and Jumped on it because it was the lowest price I had found in all my searching. Once installed, it functioned perfectly. Thanks for providing such an awesome product! You really made my day with this item!

The Screen fit my Apple MacBook Great. The quality of the picture did not seem as crisp as the original screen from Apple, but still very good and now that I have had it for over a month, I can't tell.

This was one of my first computer repairs an it went great, no problems screen fit perfectly, shipping was quick too.
