I bought this to mount a 19" hdtv in our bathroom. I paid around $25 for this mount.

I read good reviews about this product but I was blown away by its quality. It comes with all of the necessary hardware to mount, and even includes a level and a small but accurate stud-finder.

Installation is very easy. Find the stud, then level up the wall plate with the provided level and attach the plate to the stud using the two provided screws. The screws are very long and unless you are Superman you will need a drill with a screwdriver tip to drive them all the way in.

Then you take the other half of the mount and attach it to the back of the hdtv. There are holes in the X mount which fit most TVs and there are also some adapters included if the holes aren't perfect for your TV. I can't imagine a situation where you would not be able to attach this to your HDTV.

Once you have the wall plate installed and the other half of the mount on the back of the TV, you just snap it down on top of the wall plate. It clicks and that's it.

The mount moves left and right and up and down. The left and right movement is not lockable, which is fine. The up and down movement obviously has to be locked. There is a knob on the side which you tighten.

The mount is made of a thick, durable metal.

I was very impressed with this product and highly recommend it.

Used this mount for 17", 19" and 20" LCDs. Mounted in minutes! Both left and right side mounting. Built-in level and cable management guide make this an ideal wall mount.

Excellent value the two that I ordered came with electronic studfinders in each package and bar for VESA 100x100mm, 200x100mm. The price was under 16 dollars when I bought them 11/2008.

If I could give this product six stars, I would. The engineering and quality for the price, is outstanding.

The price on this mounting bracket compares very favorably to similar products. I liked the fact there was provision for adjusted both the tilt and swivel angle of the TV. I used this bracket for a 26" LCD TV. I torqued 3-inch lag screws into a wall stud and thought I had this thing solid as a rock until I hung it on the wall. However, despite using the built-in level to get the wall mount exactly vertical, I found there was enough play in the matching TV bracket to make it sag to one side if the TV was tilted to the right. My wife doesn't seem to care - the sag is small - but boy, was I bummed.

I received the mount just a couple days after placing the order. The stud finder included was useless. My house was built in 1957 & the plaster walls are pretty thick. I had to purchase a stud finder (20.00) in order to locate the studs & install the mount. Mounting was fairly simple & the product works as advertised.
