This book has been out of print for a long time, and I'd given up ever finding it, since I don't have time to go to used bookshops and spend hours looking through their wares. It's great that now you can go online, type in the title you want, and have it delivered to your door! And the shipping usually runs more than the book! (That's not a complaint, just reality) My household loves Amazon, we've used it for textbooks, old favorites, and even some new books.
