This is a 1300mAh high capacity replacement battery. The higher the mAh rating, the more power a battery can store and the longer it will last per charge. It contains premium Japanese grade A battery cells and is guaranteed to outperform your original battery. This battery is CE certified and built to meet or exceed the OEM specification. It is guaranteed to safely power all cameras that use the Fuji NP-40, Pentax D-LI8, or Kodak KLIC-7005 batteries. The lithium ion chemistry of this battery makes it 100% memory free. Unlike Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cad) batteries, lithium ion batteries don't have a "memory effect" which shortens their capacity. They can be partially charged and/or discharged without worry of shortened battery life. Unlike most aftermarket power supplies, our batteries have undergone rigorous cell cycle testing before leaving our factory. If a battery does not pass our benchmark testing for superior performance, it will be eliminated from the production line. This guarantees the best possible quality in all our batteries and virtually eliminates the chance of a product being shipped dead on arrival. Includes a 3-year warranty. I bought 2 of these WASABI POWER Batteries for my Under Water Camera.

Even though these batteries are nearly 2 times the capacity of the original
batteries, they won't even last through 1 dive.

And, these batteries generate so much heat they make the camera overheat,
causing the lens in my underwater housing fo fog up.

I have been told these symptoms are classic cases of batteries that have been
sitting on the shelf for several years.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

If anyone at Amazon is listening, I would like a refund.

Not sure about the previous post regarding Pentax T10... I bought this before I saw the prior review, I was a bit worried, but it worked like a charm on mine! I have gone thru quite a few batteries, and I would strongly recommend Japanese Cells whenever possible; hey the 3-year warranty doesnt hurt either!

Battery arrived on time (a bit early, actually), was as-described, and works. I haven't given it a true stress test, but so far it seems to hold a charge well.
