I bought 2 of these WASABI POWER Batteries for my Under Water Camera.

Even though these batteries are nearly 2 times the capacity of the original
batteries, they won't even last through 1 dive.

And, these batteries generate so much heat they make the camera overheat,
causing the lens in my underwater housing fo fog up.

I have been told these symptoms are classic cases of batteries that have been
sitting on the shelf for several years.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

If anyone at Amazon is listening, I would like a refund.

Not sure about the previous post regarding Pentax T10... I bought this before I saw the prior review, I was a bit worried, but it worked like a charm on mine! I have gone thru quite a few batteries, and I would strongly recommend Japanese Cells whenever possible; hey the 3-year warranty doesnt hurt either!

Battery arrived on time (a bit early, actually), was as-described, and works. I haven't given it a true stress test, but so far it seems to hold a charge well.

I purchased this battery for my FujiFilm Finepix V10. This battery worked great the first few weeks. After owning it for less than a month, the battery life had already shortened considerably. Now, I have owned it for almost two years. The life is very short now; I can probably take 5 to 10 photos on a single charge before it's dead again. Originally, I could do multiple photo sessions of 10 to 20 photos on a single charge without any problem. (Probably 100+ photos on a single charge.)

I used this battery for 5 weeks of heavy use in Europe. It holds it's charge well and it performed as I would expect of a quality battery.

I have a Panasonic FX-7 which has notoriously bad battery life even with the OEM battery when it was brand new. Bought an el-cheapo replacement in the past and it wouldn't even show a full charge on the camera when it was new and fully charged. This Wasabi power battery has a higher amp rating than the original OEM battery. While I can't say it lasts longer than the OEM despite this rating, it does last at least as long which is really all that I think is reasonable to expect from a cheap replacement battery. Would buy another and would recommend this brand to others based on that.

Took a star away based on the amp rating. In theory it should last almost twice as long as the original OEM but it doesn't. It's still a good battery though and a cut above the hordes of cheap replacements out there.

Got this as a back-up for the battery that came with the camera. Doesn't hold a charge as well. I didn't give it a lower rating since I knew it would be a back-up only. It serves that function. I wouldn't recommend this as a primary battery or replacement. Spend more and get the Canon branded OEM battery.

The camera batteries workd very well so far, it's hard to tell only having them for a month. other than that, fast service and good price.

I purchased 4 of these batteries to replace the original batteries that came with the cameras we use. We were hoping to increase the power on time for the cameras. We use the cameras in the power on mode to take pictures using a remote. The original battery with camera gave us about 1 hour powered on time. The new batteries only improved the time to about 1hr and 10 minutes.

Contrary to this product's description, this product does not work in the Pentax T10. Something about the shape of the battery causes the door of the battery compartment not to close completely. If you hold the door shut, the battery works fine, but as soon as you release, the camera goes dead.
