Right title, wrong flick, January 26, 2000

I haven't seen this movie, but I HAVE seen the American film of the same title. I mean no offense to the people who have posted reviews here, but THIS IS NOT THE 1999 AMERICAN FILM, starring Vincent D'Onofrio, which was similar to The Matrix. DEFINITELY NOT. It's an understandable mistake!
This is actually a 1988 (according to imdb) Australian film, concerning an electrocuted child. The single review on imdb says it's horrible, in every sense of the word.
I just want to help people avoid disappointment, by possibly ordering the wrong video.

IF YOU LIKE THE MATRIX, THIS MOVIE YOU'LL APPRECIATE!, October 26, 1999

Illusion and reality are cosmic forces that intertwine with our inner worlds everyday. The 13th Floor encompasses the feelings of deja vu and possibilities of the unknown that are becoming more and more real as the earth's technology advances. Like the Matrix, the 13th Floor is intense with intricate plots to keep you questioning what the actual truth is there to all of this....

I found this movie in the horror section and the cover looked scary. NOPE. This couldn't scare a 4 year old boy. Don't waste any money on renting or buying it. 2 stars because it has a cool cover
