About the Author
Mr. S. Wayne Rosenbaum is an environmental attorney with the firm of Higgs, Fletcher & Mack in San Diego, California. He received his J.D. from California Western School of Law and has a Master's degree in Administration and a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Chemistry.
He is a member of the California Bar, a Registered Environmental Assessor, a Registered Environmental Manager, and an ISO14001 Auditor.
Mr. Rosenbaum is the publisher of ISO 14000 News and Views, a biweekly electronic newsletter.
