This is the charcoal foam, large size, which had to be cut to fit my little old Biotech (Bionaire) air filter. It seemed way too big, but was easy to cut, since it's not very thick. And now I have plenty of "stock" for future replacements. Again, thanks for carrying these filters.

Buying a large sheet of this material saved me a small fortune over buying the Nu-Tone range hood filters pre-cut to size, as the new filters always include the metal screen (which is easily cleaned in some Simple green or soapy ammonia). Don't throw your money away - buy this and you will have enough to make up several filter refills.

I cut this prefilter to fit my Holmes portable air cleaner. I obtained 10 pieces for a price that would have provided me with 4 piece had I purchased it pre-cut.
