i own every season. i also watch the F word, Kitchen nighmares, Masterchef, and the reason im writing, Hells Kitchen. there are all kinds of reasons to watch. but i cant think of one not to. every season except this one now, season 8, you can always tell for the most part who is going to be the final four. and then the final two. but because i disagree sometimes who should win, you cant always tell who will win. which makes it great. i love all the cursing, yelling, and crazy things ramsay does. that is why i watch. secondly, i watch it for the chefs and their personalities. all together its the most unique show of its kind, and i believe the reason so many other chef shows have become so popular. they can thank ramsay for that. nothing about this show gets old, nothing. its exciting from the first show until the last and then i have to watch all the repeats over and over to get my fix until it starts again. season 4 was fantastic. it had everything. the only thing i didnt agree with who won. although you couldnt go wrong either way. season 4 is one of its best. to watch that nut job Matt is reason alone. it was just a great season. if you like gordon ramsay you will never be dissapointed in any season of Hells Kitchen. and no im not related to the guy. i wish i was. id be rich!! oh one last thought. everyone is entitled to their opinion. that is what makes this fun. but, to talk about how its free on the network tv is silly to me. one, you have to deal with the commercials. cant stand them. second, the streaming of the video half the time not that great. third, most people who are in here, dont mind paying 99 cents to watch an hour of tv without problems. to me, its worth every dime. amazon for me anyway, is way better in streaming, and you arent bothered during.

fyi....i ate at Maze in NY. it was great. and its casual. you can wear jeans if you want. but make it work with a jacket though. its a good spot to meet people at as well. the wine and more important, the food was really good. worth every dime.

I just finished watching the entire season of Hell's Kitchen, season 4, directly from www.fox.com--for free! It is 12/15/08 as I write this, I don't know how much longer this season will be available from Fox.

Although the series, at times, drags on (who the #$@! is Gordon Ramsey's next chef?), it is worth the time to watch. Also, Ramsey's yelling at all of the candidates also gets tiring after a while. But the challenges in each episode make this good viewing.
