He still has it!, January 29, 2009
I can't understand how this guy got by me all these years. I think he has an amazing voice and as he matures his voice has a wonderful richness to it. He sings with so much passion. He has the rare talent of capturing the emotions of each song. For years I collected Julio's cd's, then I saw a video of Julio singing with Jose Luis Rodriguez and checked out his cd's on Amazon, listening to the samples, and now I'm collecting Jose's.
