In 15 Herbs for Tea you’ll find everything you need to know about growing and using tea herbs, from information on planting and maintaining your herb bed to how to harvest, dry, and blend the herbs.  In case you don’t have the time and energy to grow your own tea herbs, you’ll find a list of sources for buying them in bulk.  Best of all, you’ll learn how to brew a delicious cup of tea!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Information, June 26, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: 15 Herbs for Tea: Storey's Country Wisdom Bulletin A-184 (Storey Country Wisdom Bulletin, a-184) (Paperback)
After looking through this book for only a few minutes, I'd located several recipes I wanted to try. I will be preparing the lemon balm punch for an Herb Society event next weekend and look forward to serving many more of the recipes this summer and winter. The size and format of this book (small) make it easy to keep handy in the kitchen.
