This book is easy to read and detailed about the herbs most people can easily grow in their back yard. It explained the various ways to use the herbs and its benefits to human health.

After looking through this book for only a few minutes, I'd located several recipes I wanted to try. I will be preparing the lemon balm punch for an Herb Society event next weekend and look forward to serving many more of the recipes this summer and winter. The size and format of this book (small) make it easy to keep handy in the kitchen.
