13 inch sai,

These have a good appearance, but I was disappointed in these sais. I have been practicing with an old pair of 19" and am used to the fair balance. I ordered the shorter ones since I am a short female and was hoping for a better fit. The 13" I received are balanced improperly with the weight in the blade instead of the center or handle.
