I bought this for a 10' dining room ceiling in my 1849 federal-style farmhouse. It wasn't too large or "fancy," just a touch of class. I used construction adhesive from the hardward store to attach it instead of drilling holes in it and the ceiling...it is light enough to do that (plus the chandelier holds it in place.)I will try to upload a photo on the product page.
