BROKE THE FIRST TIME I USED IT. THERE'S A PIN IN THE CORNER BRACKET WHICH HOLDS THE HANDLE THAT SCREWS IN TO TIGHTEN THE STRAP, THE PIN DISLODGES AND THERE'S NO WAY TO PUT IT BACK.

Tool is frail. The ribbon is not sealed at the end and is already separating. Hard to get everything working to actually tighten anything down. I'm already looking for a replacement.
