This is not a book. It is an e-booklet, kind of like a free pamphlet you'd pick up in a Dr.'s office. However, unlike doctor office information, this is poorly written and ridiculous. The 'tips' realistically could be condensed into two paragraphs. Please save your money. You can find better tips for free online.
