After a great deal of help from the vendor, it works great., December 9, 2009

When I got the machine there was a part that wasn't working very well, but after talking to the vendor, they were very helpful and sent the parts needed to fix it. We got the parts, and the machine is now working. Everything seems to be fine. I haven't had it press too many t-shirts yet, but with the few I've tried, it's worked like a charm.
