I first bought this compact little book over 5 years ago. I have since bought 3 more copies because I keep loaning it to friends who decide to keep it. My favorite exercises are the ones to reduce stress in the neck and shoulders. They can actually relieve the pain, even from stress headaches. They are simple to remember and you can do them anywhere. I have often used one to reduce stress in my shoulders while waiting at a traffic light near the end of a long commute! In the high-stress world we live in, this book is almost a necessity!
