good starter bow,

I am surprised that you could be a 220 pound bodybuilder and not be able to string this bow. I bought this crossbow as a starter last year. It sights in well and is very accurate. I recently bought a horton for hunting so i never had a chance to use it in the woods. It seems as it would be a little under powered with the 150 lb string.

recently purchased this bow for practice and just plain fun.. it is well built and has threaded holes for attachments such as quiver and sling. i plan on getting a heavier draw weight for hunting with ,but this is a strong bow and solid built. front sight could be bent if bow mistreated but all in all i am very pleased with this product.."wish it would have come with string wax"!

This crossbow is really poor quality it is impossible to put together and I'm a 220lb bodybuilder. besides being impossible to string the quality of this thing was obviously junk. The picture is nicer then seeing it in person, and feeling the parts as you try to assemble this thing you can tell it was made in China of inferior materials.
Bottom line is this if you want a good crossbow spend the larger bucks for a good one, and as the saying goes if it seems to good to be true it probably is. |
