Great diode for the small project man,

I was able to use this blocking diode with a bicycle generator. It was well sealed in an aluminum housing. I even abused it by running 20 Amps through it for one hour. I let it get super hot, but it still worked fine. The bike generator I was pedaling was hooked up to a powerpack through the diode. The wire size is about 12AWG. Stranded. So it was easy to hook up the wire to the terminal strip I was using.

excellent marking but direction arrow wes in the opposite direction and as aresult the battery powered the generator. Also wiring diagrm on paper and in video are not the same.
