This is a rating of the purchase experience. I did not keep the Back Brace, I returned it. I was very disappointed in the return agreement. After HPMS deducted a 20% restocking fee, and the csot of free shipping, minus my return shipping costs, I spent over $15.00 to "try" this product. I have never had such an experience with an Amazon purchase. HPMS has covered themselves by saying they state their policies, but I think it is unclear, when you are ordering. I certainly would not knowing have placed this order if I understood their return policies .

I bought this to help with my back pain because my posture is shot to hell when I have my laptop. However, this brace is very uncomfortable. I adjusted it several times but it put a continuous strain on my neck. The two parallel lines on the brace is actually a straight stiff material that pokes out of clothes.

The lower part is actually okay for the lower back support but the upper part does nothing for pulling the shoulders back. It really is a pain in the neck. It is the reason I gave this two stars.

The straps are uncomfortable. I tried different bras, no bras, over shirts, under shirts, and it still wasn't comfortable.

Please try some other product that has a lower cut by the neck.

The brace works, it pulls your shoulders back, but it chafes at my armpits and rides up against my neck. It's not made for people with shorter torsos like me so it isn't very comfortable to wear.

This item is exactly as it looks in the photo. However, I found it clumsy to get into. The adjustable straps are hard to maneuver and the brace itself is uncomfortable. It did not really help my posture. I would have accepted all of this if the item was reasonably priced but this is not worth the money paid for it. Another garage sale item for my pile.

this works pretty much as discribed..only wish it went a little higher up the back as pain tends to migrate up ward with use.

I ordered this product because I have back issues, and my posture isn't up to par. This brace offers a lot of support, but is a little big ( I ordered a large) in the shoulders. I think a smaller size would be more beneficial.

Using this brace is the smart way to work as a caregiver and as a busy mom.
