This is a great collection of Willie's best songs. However, it leaves off the classic "Poncho & Lefty" without adding anything essential in return. For my money, Columbia's "Super Hits" collection is the best Willie Nelson sampler on the market.

If I were to recommend one Willie Nelson CD to have in my car it would be this one. Not one boring song on the whole CD. Willie is a unique singer who seems to have a talent for attracting listeners from all walks of life, ethnic, racial, etc leanings. Classy guy in my book and dang fun to boot.

Great music by a great artist. I great CD for those who have never bought his stuff to get a good feel for his sound.

This album would be a good introduction to the Red Headed Stranger for anyone who wasn't familiar with his work. I would imagine this would include anyone living under a rock for the past 40+ years. The album includes many of his standards, and in particular, two of my favorites, "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain," and "Always On My Mind." I was a little disappointed that they chose a live cut for "Angel Flying Too Close To The Ground." In my opinion live tracks should be reserved for entirely live albums, but that is more of a personal taste than anything else. If you're just looking for a greatest hits album of Willie's I would recommend picking up his boxed set, but this is certainly full of some good music too.

I always have dug Willie Nelson.His Take of "Georgia on My Mind" is Great."Always on My Mind" is Great Here.His&Elvis's Version are my favorites of that song.I Also dig "On The Road Again".I Wish Willie's Version of "StarDust" was here?but Nevertheless a Strong Set.

Not too bad of a collection. Most of his big hits are here, as the title implies. I just was hoping for some of his Waylon duets, but I guess I could probably get them on one of his other 40 collections of songs. Regardless, his catalog is excellent, and seeing as how I'm not the biggest Nelson fan, just a casual fan, this cd was pretty decent. If you aren't a hard-core fan, this cd might do it for you. With the deletion of a couple songs and the addition of a couple more, this cd would have been much better.

These are some of the best songs ever written. Willie delivers these in such a way that it soothes the soul and pleases the ear.

Ordered the Willie Nelson CD and, after four weeks, still hadn't received it. E-mailed the vendor, who didn't understand what had happened, but said he'd try to find another. He found one within two days, mailed it to me, and I received it within three days of mailing. Very happy with his customer service.
