I always try to read books before I allow my kids to read them, this book was great. My daughter enjoyed it and can't wait for the rest of the series.

This book is an excellent teen read that gives you just enough so that an adult won't be bored with it. I purchased this for my little cousin. She's 12 and she loved it. She kept telling me to read it but I kept saying no. Finally she left it at my house and I skimmed through the pages. Skimming turned into straight reading. Babygirl Daniels is a new face in teen lit. It reminded me of a street book with a little less edge and lot more lessons learned. I will support the next book she puts out. She is a young talent to watch out for.

i purchased this book for my young daughte and it was a good read. i even caught myself reading it and I couldn't put it down ( and Im in my 30's). Im looking for the rest of the series and i will be getting it for both of my daughters ages 13 and 16.
