Very tasty! 140mg caffeine/can, less sugar than it's competition yet tastes just as good if not better (I love cake, but don't want to drink it!).

POW! Not because of any energy rush, push, other nonsense words but because the taste is wonderful.The rush is from the caffine, sugar and herbs in this drink. There is no magic, just a great taste. No more, no less stimulant than a couple of cups of coffee. It's a great trade off drink from the usual same ol, same ol.Comes in 2 sizes a bit high for the size. I buy it straight from the company (sorry amazon) but I did buy my first from Amazon and I am a great customer of Amazon. It's two bucks apiece for 15oz, no tax, no shipping.
I used to drink the mango one and loved it but found this and its taste to me of iced coffee that I got in San Francisco makes it just great. Probably does give you a lift from the espresso coffee, cream and sugar but will not blow the top of your head off or make life here go away/ You get some herbs which is a good thing to trade off for the sugar. All and all I love it. The mango is still good, I change back and forth. The diet Rockstar I just can't get down. I wish they could work in the right sweetener but 200 calories a day isn't the worst thing that will happen to you unless you are on a diet. It's expensive as I said but worth the money I think. Much better than two cups of coffee which some places can cost you more than the $2.00 each price. Try it, they have many flavors and a combo pack now.
I would start with the combo and see which I liked better. Mainly because they are all very different, not copies of the same thing with a bit of flavor change. Great drink and I can't see anything in there to hurt you unless you drink a 24 pack in 2 days that some yoyos do which will hurt anyone. Would you really drink 24 soft drinks of any kind in 2 days?

Amazon has several choices that are a bit less than ordering from the company and are Prime so no shipping. You get a break there. You can save $4 or $5 from Amazon.
