Bad Product and Service,

Ordered 4 frames total. Glass came broken. The pexiglass and wood frames were scratched on the other 3. The customer service from the girl who answers the phone was horrible every time I called to resolve the issue of my return. Will never buy from again.

Received my purchase in a reasonable amount of time, but there was a thin film cover on only one side of the plexi glass and the other side was totally scratched up. UGH-- it made me so mad. But I didn't want to go through the hassle of paying for return shipping and boxing/packaging it all up again because I had already tossed the packaging before realizing that there was no plastic film on one side of the plexi glass and that it was scratched up. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Good Frames,

Overall these frames a good. They aren't amazing but they are far from horrible. I upgraded the hanging hardware but that is a personal preference, what they send will work. I ordered 25 of these frames for an art show. They arrived on-time and were packed to take on a war! They were double bubble wrapped and then foam padded so all of them got here without a scratch. (Far from my experience with other vendors)
