I used this product maybe 2 or 3 times, and all of a sudden it stopped working. I ended up buying another one for a little bit more money, and that one worked just fine. I guess you get what you pay for.

I don't own this product and would not buy it online. How do you take a picture of a key pad and determine that what the end user really doesn't care about is what the keys do and where they are located? Seriously, what brain trust decided that the picture that would sell this product is the one with a cord and plug obscuring the bottom row of keys?
