in the packet it says that you should spray it as soon as you get it to make sure it works (meaning the nozzle is not blocked or broken). And so we did.. and OMG! it spits out this 1 big red fluid and it almost killed me and 3 more people in my house! i suggest, spray it somewhere open like in a park, dont even try it in your backyard.. its too strong!

Test fired and shoots out a surprisingly long and accurate stream for its size. It is small enough to be carried in pockets, but not tight jeans.

I test fired this little bitty thing and it shot out a nice size stream. I was actually surprised, because it's pretty small. I haven't used a full bottle of it though, but I do think that it will run out pretty fast considering that it's only 2 oz. It also fits okay in my pocket, but I'm not sure about tight fit jeans. Always check the safety switch and make sure it's on/off when need be.

This is one of those things you buy and pray you'll never get to use it. I haven't been attacked by thugs or dogs, so I haven't tried it out on anybody, but the price was good, it's the right size for my handbag, fits well in my hand, and I feel a little safer just having it. I research everything before I buy, and this was no exception. I'm not sure how long these last. My old one traveled in my purse, pocket, and backpack till when I tested it recently, it only dribbled out, so be sure and test yours occasionally. Another one I had made it through airline checks half a dozen times, and then one of them discovered it, and I had to throw it in the trash or stay home. I'd actually forgotten it was in my bag, and I didn't mind giving it up for everyone's security; I just wondered about the times it made it through....Anyway, I'm happy with this purchase.

Its got a good distance of 10 feet at least. The nozzle seems durable and I don't have any complaints.

Great product for the price. Worked as advertised when tested. Hopefully we'll never find out how it works in stopping intruders. If, one day it does, I'll revise this rating to be 5 stars.

Sprays well, good distance. Haven't used it on anyone yet but just glad my wife and daughter have one. I think just by getting it out and showing the bad guys what you have should deter a situation, if not, SPRAY IT! keep in mind in Calif. your only allowed 2.5OZ size or smaller.(what a load of $#@%*!!!)

I tested this on my wife and we're convinced that it will bring anybody to there knees.

I received it within couple of days after ordering. I haven't used it on anyone yet but when I do I'll update my comments.
