This book light offers good light coverage and is very portable and affordable. It would probably make a great travel book light. The only serious down side is the battery life is not long at all. I think I used this light for about a month, non-consecutive nights and nights only, and then it was dead. It had the shortest battery life of any book light I've ever used, however, if the battery life was longer it may have been one of the better book lights I've used. Sad to say the battery it takes is one of those really expensive round ones, making it fiscally sound to purchase a new light as apposed to replacing the battery. Sorry light, you put up a good fight but you lost the battle.
