My Cookware is the Maxam waterless cookware. It's about 35 years old. The Chef's Secret cookware set appears to be a nice set, too.

High-Grade Stainless Steel Cookware is simply the healthiest, earth friendly, efficient care-free cooking utensil in today's kitchen and it is the only precision crafted utensil designed specifically for waterless cooking. You do need to learn how to cook with it; YouTube can help you there. Also, there are several websites that will tell you all about High-Grade Stainless Steel Cookware.

Once you learn to cook with it, cleaning and cooking will become easier. For example, when you burn something in the pan you just take the food out, then add water to the pan and take the pan to a boil and the item that is burnt on will come easily off.

Maxam is a 304 surgical stainless steel. Sometimes 304 surgical stainless is referred to as 304T "Titanium". Maxam is a 5 ply with a 9 element construction. Most big name expensive stainless steel cookware sold in department stores is only 3ply. Good stainless steel will have a 5ply or more! There is almost no cooking different between a 5Ply and a 7 or 9 Ply cooking from what people I have spoken to that have cooked with them all.

8 advantages of 304 surgical stainless steel
1 corrosion resistance
2 economy
3 temperature resistance
4 beauty
5 durability
6 design flexibility
7 easy to clean
8 flavor protection

I was preheating the skillet on medium heat. I open the lid and noticed a black spot in the middle of the pan. I looked at the lid and the knob on the lid had melted into the pot. I would not recommend this due to it being a safety hazard. Whoever designed these knobs did not use the right grade of plastic and it becomes too hot. I was really excited about waterless cooking but this experience has been a turn-off. I guess waterless pans get extremely hot so no wonder they cost more. This may not be a good alternative for elderly people who may forget things and there is a learning curve for waterless cooking.
