NKOK 18.5" U.S. Coast Guard Motor Life RC Boat is approximately 1:25 in scale. The fully detailed interior includes metal grab rails, tow line storage reel, emergency hatch, aft turtle back, cockpit, 4 U.S. Guardsmen figures and dry dock stand for permanant display. It comes with twin motors and dual propellers for maximum speed and maneuverability. Fast turning radius. Plastic construction. The USCG Motor Life RC boat levitates when engaged in turbo booster mode (approx. 7mph)! It is fully-functional (forward, reverse, left, and right) and has an operating range up to 300 feet away! It has a running time of 30-45 minutes. It requires (1) one 9 volt battery & (6) six "AA" batteries.

hey i wanted this boat for my bday and got it and its cool with nice detailing but what i dont like is there is no rudder one prop spins and the other spins in another dircetion this boat is nice and i actually think this turns better than a rudder

This boat was awesome!! It has very good detail and runs very smoothly. It is great to go out and take on the lake or in a pool whatever fits for you. I would recomend this for anyone who likes boating and radio controlled cars.

My son liked playing with it very much. He is 7.
Couple of things...
- Since it uses the opposite propeller to turn the boat, it does not provide a smooth turning of the boat. It almost stops the boat so it can turn and then resume speeed. Very ackward. Would prefer to have a rutter.

- Once waves got into the boat(playing in the pool), it stopped working. I have to admit, the boat was almost submerged but why can't take make this thing water proof?

Anyway, 3 starts when it was working. 1 stars when it stopped working.
