It is amazing how many simple things can replace the many drugs and over the counter products that we tend to use in everyday life. If you are a person looking for a simpler way to help yourself and your family to live a healthy life this book is a must. A word of caution, this book isn't meant to replace good common sense or a doctor when treating a serious illness, but it will help you to live a longer healthier life if you read it and pay attention to information contained within.

Would you like to save money on household items ?
If so, this book is perfect for you. It describes how red wine
can benefit the daily diet, if used sparingly. In addition, the authors caution to avoid caffeine at bedtime. The alternative uses of vitamins and herbs are described in great detail. For instance, Aloe is used for skin care and Chamomile is utilized to promote a healthy digestive tract. This volume has a considerable body of good advice on almost anything dealing with household health and management. It is a solid value for the price charged.
