Loved these boots as soon as I saw them. Unfortunately, they were C width but weren't wide enough. I couldn't even get them on.

Apparently, Lucchese doesn't make anything wider. I'll have to take my money somewhere else.

Regarding my purchase of 1883 by Lucchese Women's N4525 5/4 Western Boot,Red,8.5 B(M)US, I would have wanted to know if the lining was leather. Other than that, the red boots I ordered were the dream boots I had coveted for years and the price was reasonable. I just need to learn the Billy Cyrus "Bootin' Scootin' Boogie" and I'll fit with the 'In crowd' of Line Dancers.
I'd recommend these to anyone as they are well-made, nicely trimmed with embroidery, comfortable and easy to pull on...a great fit. Enjoy yours if you decide to buy a pair! Suze

I have wanted a pair of red boots for as long as I can remember. I usually don't spend quite so much on boots, but I was willing to do it because I tend to keep (and wear) my boots forever. These boots took several days to be shipped by Amazon, but they were worth the wait. The leather is as soft as butter and the stitching is perfect, especially for being done by hand. I get complimented all day on my boots whenever I wear them. They are also the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I can't wait to get my next pair of Lucchese 1883!
