This was easy to install and works perfectly. Can be a little noisy, but I don't find that to be a big deal.

I have tried several brands and speeds of blank recordable DVD's in this and can't get the drive to recognize them. Does anyone who owns this have a recommendation for blank media that works? Thanks.

The LiteON DVD R/W drives work great. All my software recognized the drive without any changes. Very good product.

This burner is awesome in terms of performance and speed. Price isn't bad either. I added this LiteOn unit in addition to my stock HP dvd burner of comparable specs and blows by the HP in burning a full 4.7gb dvd. Very easy to install in XP, just plug & play. I've also got this running on Vista Business 64-bit and works just as great without any driver or performance issues. Highly recommended burner.

I've had this product installed and operating for several weeks. Average DVD burn speed is at or near advertised speeds. CD burns are very fast. Has worked with every burning software package I have used: Roxio, Nero, Apollo, and CloneDVD. Highly recommended.

No problems so far. Install easy. Seems to burn DVDs fine. I was disappointed with the Nero software included. Unfortunately its only shareware, basically a teaser, an advertisement. Might as well include nothing.

I am not much of a 'PC' geak and was concerned this was going to be doable.
But it was no problem and the software is fairly decent.
