This is the last album Bobby Darin recorded. He died 12/20/1973; this album was post-humously released in February 1974. That fact alone makes it a special album. One particularly special song is "Happy" from Lady Sings the Blues. Bobby's rendition is beautiful; his voice is strong & vital. You'd never know he was ill at the time. "Sail Away" is another treasure. This CD is not easy to find & I'm ever so glad to have it in my collection.

I was very disappointed with this CD. Only 10 songs and they are nearly all on other albums. Would not buy this were I not an avid BD collector! However, it came promptly and was as represented.

This cd was released after bobby darin passed away in 1973. This is a very sad reminder of the magnificent talent of this man. Thank goodness that motown put this cd out. Check out the track "Sail Away". By far the best track is "Happy". Bobby recorded this just before he died and it is the soundtrack to the movie "The lady sings the Blues. His voice is great on this track. Overall an excellent c.d. R.I.P. Bobby Darin.
