This product is of excellent quality and construction. The inner forehead band is also padded and provides extra comfort. These will also get some laughs from the working parties! Its also certified and has the certification information inside the hat. Great product. Great shipping and packaging by seller.

I bought this for my wife as a joke to go along with her little pink toolkit... turns out this hard hat isnt a joke at all... its a real OSHA approved, ANSI standard, so on and so on, real Useable Hard Hat. I put it on and its quite comfortable too. Cant beat its price either!

We purchased this hat for our [..] daughter. Her favorite color is pink. We are getting ready to build a house and she told us she needed a pink hard hat to help with the construction. We started looking for a pretend pink hard hat but were unsuccessful. We found this real one on Amazon and it worked out great. We put it on the smallest setting and it was still slightly big but not as much as we had expected. The smile on her face when she seen it made it a worthwhile purchase. She still beams each time she wears it. The best part is that it adjusts to fit the whole family. The color is perfect and shipping was fast.

This is very comfortable to wear and can be used for other areas of work besides construction. I got mine to wear while weedeating as we have a lot of rocks. I wish I'd had it when we built my daughter a house since it would have saved me the two times I got knocked in the head. (Evidently my head is pretty hard anyway though since I only saw stars but didn't get completely knocked out.) My husband guffawed when this came in the mail and said he had 2 white hardhats and would have given me one if I'd asked. I told him if I couldn't work outside dressed stylishly, then he could do the weedeating. Even he was impressed with the OSHA sticker inside it...and actually told me I wasn't supposed to remove the sticker....like OSHA was going to be coming around checking out my headgear when I was weedeating!

There's slots if you want to add a strap but since you can tighten it up easily enough, you really don't need a strap. Very durable plastic and lovely color. Very fashionable...

This is a real hard-hat! Not a toy! I am usually the only girl on a construction site and this hat both protects my head and always gets a laugh from my colleagues. The only reason I give it 4 stars is: this hat has a pin lock suspension. I prefer ratchet.

this hardhat is comfortable and durable, but the only problem i have with it is that it's difficult to adjust the size. i build concrete skateboard parks, and being the only girl on the crew it's rad to have a pink hardhat. but if i want to wear my beanie under it (which i have wanted to do quite a few times in ohio late fall) i can't adjust the size. but it's still good for it's purpose.

There are stronger hardhats out there and I wouldn't want to be cutting trees or swinging steel with this one, but my daughter, a 30 year old architect, is just pleased as punch with it. Of course, this pink gear is made popular by designer Paige Hammis, the gorgeous blond on ABCs Extreme Makeover on Sunday evenings. I'm astounded by the range of items available now in pink. I also purchased the hot pink version for an employee of mine who was remodeling her kitchen and is a pink "freak." Her husband is a laborer who wears hardhats daily and was amazed that this hat had all of the proper ratings - it's not a toy!

I bought this OSHA compliant pink hard hat so I could cut down the branches of my tree more safely. It has a Standard Slide-Lock suspension and fit is easy to adjust by sliding the plastic strap through the guide tabs. There is cushioning along the brow of the hat for comfort.

The hard had is lightweight but looks tough and durable. It's pretty; but I also bought the hot pink version and I think the hot pink is prettier.

Overall, a great find for me. I can do the job in style with full protection.

Great product, fully functional and fun to wear. I recently purchased this product along with the pink GirlGear tool belt and pink safety glasses for my best friend who just completed a beautiful deck, singlehandedly at age 56! It was a great surprise and a fun way to celebrate her accomplishment.She looks terrific wearing all three. She also intends to wear the hard hat and glasses when she does "walk throughs" on construction sites as part of her job.
